Architects Manuel and Olga Ormaechea with the firm M & M Ormachea who together with technician David Lozano, a Verdalia product Installer, were in charge of the project, explained that the goal was to raise the main surface under which there are two garage floors approximately 80 cm, in order to ensure that the existing gardens would remain at the same level as the lawn. In terms of design, they aimed to simulate the colours characteristic of a wheat field for the completion of over 700 m2 of artificial lawn with innovative materials and at the same time did not require more maintenance.
