For the correct application of artificial turf there are a series of additions required to ensure a lasting result with synthetic turf.
Sands and substrates
They are used as fillers between the grass fibres to keep grass fibres in a vertical position:
Silica sand for decorative or sports lawns
- Silica sand colour resin
- Quartz round section, washed and dried with 97% silica
- 0.2 to 0.9 mm diameter
Coconut fibre
- Natural, light, golden brown fibre
- Strong and biodegradable
- The high porosity allows it to absorb 8 times its weight in water retaining structure with all pores filled with air
- It decomposes more slowly than peat, avoiding compaction
Edges
Flexible steel edges to protect the lawn and separation zones.
- Allows for greater savings in maintenance
- You can create any shape
- Manufactured in mild steel electro-galvanized steel
- Plate length 1 m
- 3 heights available: 75, 100 and 125 mm
- Thickness: 1.6 mm standard and extra strong 2.5mm
- Anchor spikes of 9 cm. Union of plates per tab
- Finish: Galvanized and Green or Black (corrosion resistant paint)
Bonding glues and tapes
- Tape binding for artificial turf. Woven polyester base impermeable support layer
- Bicomponent or monocomponent binding glues with different yields depending on application
Geotextile mesh and pipes
- Geotextiles mesh for protection, separation and protection
- Anti-weed mesh. Prevents chlorophyll function and facilitates drainage
